When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property suburb or town, project details, optional preferred dates, optional budget range and any photos you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange and manage appointments and communicate with you about your project, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is stored with our hosting, database and email service providers, who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may store data outside South Africa.
Retention
We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing. Contact us using the details on our Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
