Face brick or plastered braai: what's the difference?
A face-brick braai has a classic look and needs no painting. A plastered braai gives a smooth, modern finish that can be painted to match your home. Both are built on a solid foundation with a firebrick-lined fire area.
What size should a built-in braai be?
That depends on how many people you usually cook for and the space available. We'll measure your patio and recommend a size that leaves enough room around the braai for safe use, with work surfaces if you want them.
